Welcome to St Peter’s Church

A very warm welcome to St Peter’s Church, Bramley!

We would love to meet you and hope you find a place to belong as you connect with people at St Peter’s Church.

You are invited!

What to expect on Sunday at our 10.30 service

Worship: We usually start by singing our thanks and praises to God. We love singing a range of songs from new to old. If you don't know the songs, don’t worry, it's fine to just listen.

Prayer: One of the ways we connect to God is to talk to him in prayer. There are lots of opportunities to pray through the service. A team of people are free after the service if you would like someone to pray with you.

The Bible: We spend some time hearing from God’s word every week and listening to a talk lasting about 15 minutes.

Holy Communion: Every week we remember what Jesus did for us. The bread helps us to remember his body was broken for us and the wine helps to remember his blood was shed for us. We share this together as a church family because that’s what Jesus told us to do before he died.

Community: We love spending time with one another after the service. We service hot and cold drinks. This is a great time to get to know one another and ask about their week.

Children’s Corner: There is a children’s corner for the younger ones and activities for our slightly older young people. Once a month we offer a group during the service for 0-5’s and Youth. Check out our Families and Young People Page for more information.

Family Celebrations: Once a month we have an all age fun family celebration at 10.30 to celebrate the seasons. When we have a Family Celebration we meet for a Quiet Holy Communion at 6 pm in the evening. Go to our Diary of Events for our details of our next Family Celebration.
